It’s my third stay here. It could me more often as I book it every time I have a theater night with my husband ( we live in Metz but we appreciate more the cultural offer of Luxembourg city). I book it every time I can have a room at 180 euros a night. It’s a bit pricy ( and there is no breakfast included) but it’s our no. 1 option when the price allows it ! The receptionist is a darling . My husband was late so she helped me with a corset top! I recommend it !

I have tried quite some Hotels in the neighbourhood, as I am here every year. This one has the spaciest, nicest rooms by far! Really great bathrooms, very clean, desk, place to put my suitcase, lots of power outlet to charge my devices. All I need. I did not try the breakfast, as there are many cafés in the area.
Located in an old brewery, this characteristic 4-star hotel offers studios and guest rooms with WiFi.

Luxembourg is the only country in the world that offers free trains, buses tramways (except for first class). But still there is some space and it is not crowded.
The way to the airport is short.

The city is great, it's so varied with the park, historical buildings, that it's just fun to walk around. The casemates are interesting and there is a lot to see.
Would recommend anyone going into nature as well, I hiked part of the Mullerthal trail (second part), which was a bit tough, but absolutely stunning. It's in the Little Switzerland area and really deserves that name. A bus gets you there in about an hour, definitely worth it.

Luxembourg is a small, clean, safe, easy, beautiful city.
Luxembourg is a small, clean, safe, easy, beautiful city. I used the (free) tram like it was a hop on hop off bus. I did a city walking tour and an art tour. I had pre-booked a Petrusse casements tour in English.
The tourist office was helpful. They told me about the art tour which I had not seen online.
Fort Thungen is open Wednesday evenings. The National museum and City museum are open late on Thursdays. Villa Vauban is open until 9pm on Fridays.
Not much goes on for tourists in Luxembourg on Mondays. I spent two of my six days (Sun/Mon) in Trier where all of the Roman sites are open on Mondays. The train to Trier is six euros RT, 45 minutes away. WOW did I do a lot of walking between Trier's Roman sites. If I had a do-over I'd buy a Trier bus pass.

It was amazing. A very beautiful city. After half an hour I felt like I never wanted to go home.
I had nice weather, could walk a lot around the city, tried the local foods and drinks.
I definitely will go back and recommend everyone to visit.
It was one of the most amazing places I've ever been.
I was lucky to visit the local market too.

Beautiful city with fairy tale views, nice walks (lovely along the river, through Parcs de la Petrusse) interesting history, and friendly people. Free public transport and/or very walkable, so very easy to get round this compact and pretty little city. Would thoroughly recommend. About 3 days was perfect, and I didn't feel like I'd missed anything, but if I'd have had longer, I would have gone further afield. Pretty kid friendly too from what I saw (although I didn't have kids). Struggled to find Luxembourgish food though.

Luxembourg is well worth visiting!
Take a walking tour!
Eat and drink at the many bars and restaurants. Incl. lots of local food, beer, and wine.
Reserve enough days for exploring the town on foot and by free public transport.
Location is great - walkable to the city centre but also next to the train station and has access to all types of (free) public transport at its doorstep. It’s a good base when traveling to Luxembourg for sightseeing. The hotel also provides access to a parking facility for a reasonable fee, if you’re traveling by car. The room is very clean and has all the basic amenities, bed is comfortable, and the Superior Room where we stayed at is very spacious and walkable. The staff are also quite friendly. Overall, I highly recommended this hotel!
I was sceptical about the location at first but it is actually very close to the city centre. the public transport in Luxembourg is also free, so you can literally stay anywhere there. The hotel is very stylist. i like the decoration there. Breakfast is also very good. They have fresh bread and that's more than enough for me. Parking spot behind the hotel is also very convenient for us.
The location of the hotel is good - close to the main station. City centre and main station can easily be reached by the free public transport.
The room was spacious, comfy and clean. Breakfast was good, too. Maybe too less vegan options.
The restaurant within the hotel had good Italian food.
All in all a really good value for money in otherwise rather expensive Luxembourg.
Very clean and well appointed hotel. The lady who checked us in was very friendly. The tram stops nearby and takes you into the city and back for free. The breakfast is the best we've had in 3 weeks of traveling around 6 European countries. It's the first hotel we've stayed in with fresh squeezed orange juice. Overall, pretty much perfect in all categories.
Conveniently located no more than 10 min away from Luxembourg’s city centre, yet in a very quiet area. Amazing breakfast for €21, which is not bad for Luxembourg City. Staff were very polite, room was a bit small but with everything you need for a 2 night stay (especially a comfortable bed) and the facilities were very good. Highly recommended!
I had a great stay at this place in Luxembourg. It's an expensive city, but this room was cheaper than a hotel, and just as good. Check-in was smooth, and they provided coffee in the room and even gave me an extra one upon request. Good kitchen, with everything you need. Would totally stay there again.
Location was in a quiet neighbourhood, a little out of main parts of town but walkable from city center (or can hop on a tram- for free- part of the route, then walk). Good price compared to other hotels which were available at my time of booking. Check in and check out was very easy.
This is budget hotel near the airport, don't expect wonders and you will be just fine. Room was just fine with just necessary stuff. The bus to city center stops in front of the hotel and you need ~15min to city center. Parking is provided by the hotel.
The price paid worth it compared to other hotels in Luxembourg. The staffs were very kind especially Emilia who served our breakfast. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel that brings you to the city center in more or less 10 minutes.
Location is great, a 1 minute walk to the main tram stop where you can get anywhere around the city centre. Hotel is close to bakeries, bars and restaurants. The room itself contains all the essentials. Shower has very good pressure.
Very close to the city center and good communication. Great italian resto (which is probably the main business and hotel is just side business). Rooms were clean and tidy. The staff was not only nice but very helpful and joyful.
Small boutique-style hotel. A minutes walk from central station. A very comfortable room. A pleasant 20-minute walk to the city centre, or a few minutes on a free tram or bus. Staff were pleasant, friendly, and helpful.
The hotel was in close proximity to everything we needed in our stay - the city centre, some nice scenic walks, central station as well as the venue we visited for a concert that week. It was clean, cozy, comfortable.
Clean modern room. Five minute walk to the airport. Public bus stops outside hotel and takes you in to city centre for free in about 30mins. Not a big selection of food at breakfast, but adequate and good for value.
The staff were very attentive, friendly and responsive. The surrounding neighbourhood is calm and quiet at night. The hotel is close to public transport routes and well connected to the city center.
Nice hotel staff and free parking. Right next to the bus stop in to the city. We got the best room we think at the top floor with a huge bathroom and a bathtub. Great stay overall.
Great boutique hotel very close to city center and shops and restaurants.
Great staff and breakfast is amazing and the person who was helping us with breakfast was simply amazing.
